The founder's ownership. A custom console built by a WCKT engineer and troubleshot by Jeep Harned, who then founded MCI; the Jackie Gleason Show as a client from 1964; Studio A built 1965 to 1967 with financing from Grant Gravitt; Studios C and D added in 1972 and Studio E in 1981; the first SSL console in the southeastern United States in 1984. Between 1967 and 1975, in Emerman's words, you could not get into Criteria with a shoehorn.
