The one public body that has named the idea: the CRA's 2016 plan sets out capitalising on existing industry clusters to grow North Miami CRA as a music city and driving investment in West Dixie Highway. The plan does not name Criteria or the 146th to 149th Street block, and no resolution using the phrase North Miami Music City was found.
